I know what I want to do. Not sit at my desk today! I want to move my computer out on the back porch and breathe in this beautiful spring day, enjoy the sunshine, and basque in the sun….but what I have to do is quite different. I need to focus on the Sales Tip of the Day.
The first day of Spring is a great opportunity to go out and meet with customers. Why not build on the theme of “Spring Has Sprung”, “Grow Your Business With Us”, “The Grass Is Greener On Our Side of the Street” or some other fun phrase to WOW your customers? The mission is two-fold, you get out of the office and out in the sun…..and, you have an opportunity to tell customers why they need to bring their business to your hotel. So, if you haven’t done it yet – get your collateral in order – go and buy some flower or vegetable seeds, attach your business card and visit some customers!
